Order Confirmation:

• We send a confirmation message via WhatsApp or a call for all order details. This serves as the customer’s confirmation. Please review your order carefully, as cancellations are only accepted before the order is processed.

Order Cancellations:

• Order cancellations can only be accepted prior to processing. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Pre-Paid Orders:

• For prepaid orders, we will ship your order within 36 hours of confirmation.
• You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order has shipped.
• Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
• Delivery is typically made within 4-7 working days.
• In case of a return or refund, shipping costs (Rs. 50 INR) will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders:

• For COD orders, we will ship your order within 2-3 working days.
• You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
• Shipping charges of Rs. 50 INR will be added to COD orders and are calculated at checkout.
• In case of a return or refund, shipping costs (Rs. 80 INR) will be deducted from the refund amount.
